SEASON & FISHING GEAR
Perú Fly Fishing provides all basic fly fishing and / or spinning gear, but if you brig yours is Ok. We provide rods, reels, lines, leaders, flies, landing nets for spinning and fly fishing.
If you bring your own gear, we recommend 5wt / 6wt rods with Floating, sinking and Sinking tip lines 200 / 250 grains.
* We use Cabelas and Orvis gear.
We do not provide waders.
FISHING SEASON
Lake: From 15 April to 15 December.
Rivers: From May to November.
WHAT TO BRING
- Waders: Not necessary at all. (But according to the place).
- Lightweight shirts and pants.
- Short sleeved shirts for camp and fishing.
- Sun glasses.
- Wide brimmed hat or cap
- Sun block.
- Lightweight waterproof jacket, Sweaters
- Another pair of shoes.

We are lovers of this beautiful activity with many years of experience in trout fishing and expeditions to the southern Peruvian Andes with experienced fly fishing and spinning guides.
We dedicate part of our time to developing fishing circuits, new routes, and seeking out great spots with a genuine sense of history, nature, landscape, and truly exciting experiences. We promote species conservation and respect for the environment.
